Revitalization Hoping for Your Signature

Tunes of New Orleans Coming to Festival

Many people consider New Orleans to be the birthplace of some fantastic music, most notably Jazz – and since the early 1900s, this music has been flourishing. Drug Dealers Apprehended by Police

1:00PM – Charges were filed Tuesday against 12 individuals that have been identified as “street level” drug dealers operating in and around Ellwood City, according to Lawrence County District Attorney Joshua Lamancusa. “At the present time, we have numerous ongoing investigations targeting street level, mid-level and top tier drug dealers,” said Lamancusa. Ewing Park School to Come Down After Festival

A contract was awarded last week to a Pittsburgh area company for the demolition of the Ewing Park School, effective immediately after the completion of the Arts, Crafts, and Food Festival in Ellwood City. The Beatles Recreated at 2011 Festival

Man Hit By ATV, Flown to Hospital

A local man was injured and flown by helicopter to a nearby hospital Sunday afternoon after a woman reportedly backed into her father with an all-terrain vehicle. The accident happened at a residence located along Mount Hope Road in Wayne Township, a small road just off Route 65. Lawrence County emergency crews responded to the accident. Hockey to be Played Under Lights
