Memories of old times at Steak Fry event

Last week, the Rotary Club of Ellwood City held its annual Steak Fry Family Gathering in Ewing Park.

Family and friends of the Rotary were invited to share the evening.  After the dinner, Kathy Blank talked with those in attendance about a link on Facebook about growing up in Ellwood City, and many Rotarians shared their particular memories.

As memories were shared about growing up in Ellwood City, many laughs were also shared regarding the antics of the Rotary Club members.

The next meeting will be Sept. 1 at the Connoquenessing Country Club at 6 p.m.  On Thursday, Sept. 15, the Rotarians will be heading to the Red Barn Theatre after their dinner to enjoy the play “Anything Goes.”
