An Ellwood City man accused of sexually assaulting a baby sitter has been held for trial in Beaver County Court.
Christopher Lee Kennedy, 32, of Ellwood City, is charged with inappropriately touching a baby sitter, whose age and identity have not been released, while she was watching his children at his estranged wife’s home on July 9.
According to court documents, the baby sitter told police Kennedy arrived at the home after she had put the children to bed and began asking her personal questions about her sex life before touching her inappropriately while she was lying on the couch.
When she objected and fled to another room, the baby sitter told police that Kennedy came out of a bathroom with his pants down and a condom on. When the baby sitter continued to object and told Kennedy to leave, he left out a side door according to reports.
Kennedy faces trial on charges of aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault and indecent exposure after the preliminary hearing Tuesday.
