Red Hurricane Jalen Holmes rolled up 107 yards and two touchdowns in a 48-14 non-conference win over the Panthers. Zach Gould tossed both air strikes for Riverside (0-2) who hit the road and travel to Aliquippa next week.
Gould connected with Aaron Tedys in the 2nd quarter and Kolby Wolf in the 4th quarter. Former Wolverine, Julian Cox, accounted for four touchdowns, three in the air and one on the ground, for New Castle who reeled in the program’s 700th victory Friday night.
