Ellwood Track off to Shippensburg
Ellwood City Boys 4×1 Relay Team starting from left, Nicholas Ioanilli, DJ Barrett, Keaton Docchio, and Kevin Court. Lincoln High School sent four student athletes to the PIAA State Track & Field Championships at Shippensburg University today. POLICE REPORTS: Scams, Horses, & Theft, Oh My!
Attention: A local computer repair shop has reported at least a dozen clients have claimed a foreign phone caller advising them that apparent problems with their home computers can be fixed by granting remote access (after which screens ‘pop up’ indicating registry errors, etc.) and soliciting payment via credit card or debit card. Primary Election Results
Ellwood City cast their ballots for the Primary Election throughout the day yesterday. Both the Ellwood City School Board and Ellwood City Council were two of the major areas of focus this election. ATTENTION: North Side Residents
Last night, the Ellwood City Police Department captured seven juveniles on Orchard Avenue. They were caught with numerous valuable items in their possession. Police suspected that they had been breaking into vehicles in the North Side Area. The juveniles later admitted to stealing the items from cars parked on the streets. Volleyball courts have been the cause of the Ellwood City Council members’ headaches for over a year now.
